Spindoo Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Spindoo, a free-to-play social sweepstakes platform. By creating an account, requesting Gold Coins, or participating in any promotion, you accept these Terms in full. No purchase necessary to play or win. These Terms describe the sweeps coins redemption rules that apply to any Sweeps Coins you accumulate, and you should read them carefully before you play. Sweepstakes void where prohibited. Player Agreement Overview

No purchase is required to obtain either currency, and no purchase increases your odds of receiving Sweeps Coins through free methods such as daily login rewards or mail-in requests.

Each section below addresses a distinct area of your relationship with Spindoo, including eligibility, account security, prohibited conduct, and the specific sweeps coins redemption rules that determine how and when Sweeps Coins may be converted into eligible prizes. Where a conflict exists between this overview and a more specific section, the more specific section controls.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of Spindoo shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except where applicable law prohibits mandatory arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any arbitration or other proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Spindoo. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or dispute, that claim or dispute will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction rather than in arbitration, and the remainder of this section will remain in effect.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

To create a Spindoo account, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, that you are located in a jurisdiction where participation is not prohibited, and that all information you submit during registration is true, current, and complete. Spindoo is a free-to-play experience, and no purchase necessary to play or win applies to every promotion offered on the platform.

• You must be an eligible resident of a jurisdiction where sweepstakes-style promotions are legally permitted.
• You may maintain only one account; duplicate accounts may be suspended pending review.
• You are responsible for confirming that participation is lawful in your specific location.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Spindoo may be restricted from certain promotions.

Sweepstakes void where prohibited. If your jurisdiction restricts or prohibits sweepstakes-style promotions, you must not attempt to register, and any account created in violation of this restriction may be closed without redemption of accumulated Sweeps Coins.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

Spindoo grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins solely for entertainment purposes within the platform. Neither currency is property, and neither currency may be sold, traded, gifted, or transferred between accounts or to any third party. Your license terminates automatically if your account is closed for any reason described in these Terms.

The sweeps coins redemption rules require that Sweeps Coins be accumulated through gameplay, promotions, or free entry methods before a redemption request may be submitted. Redemption requests are subject to identity verification, minimum balance thresholds as shown in your account dashboard, and review for compliance with these Terms. Spindoo reserves the right to adjust redemption thresholds, processing timeframes, and available prize categories at its discretion, with changes reflected in the current published terms.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Spindoo promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. Spindoo is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

You may update your profile information, including your contact details and communication preferences, through your account dashboard at any time. Spindoo may request additional documentation to verify your identity before processing a Sweeps Coins redemption, updating sensitive account details, or reinstating an account following a security hold. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable period may result in delayed or denied redemption requests.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

Spindoo prohibits any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the platform, including the use of bots, scripts, multiple accounts, false identity information, or collusion with other players. Any such activity may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, and denial of pending redemption requests.

1. Creating or operating more than one account per individual or household.
2. Submitting false or misleading identity, age, or location information.
3. Using automated tools, emulators, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Attempting to sell, buy, or transfer Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins outside the platform.
5. Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes related to optional coin package purchases without cause.

Spindoo reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, withhold redemptions during an investigation, and permanently close accounts found to be in breach of this section.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and platform design displayed on Spindoo are owned by Spindoo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest in this content to you, and you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without prior written permission.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other contributions to Spindoo, you grant Spindoo a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, adapt, and display that contribution for any purpose related to operating and improving the platform, without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

Spindoo strives to maintain consistent platform availability, but scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, network failures, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily prevent access to games, account features, or redemption requests. Spindoo is not responsible for any inconvenience, delay, or perceived loss of Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins resulting from a technical disruption outside its reasonable control.

In the event of a verified technical error affecting game results, coin balances, or promotional credits, Spindoo reserves the right to void affected transactions, correct account balances, and take any other corrective action reasonably necessary to restore the intended outcome, even if this means reversing a previously displayed balance or win.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spindoo and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any delay or denial of a Sweeps Coins redemption request. Spindoo’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount reasonably attributable to the claim or a nominal amount as permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spindoo from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

Termination and General Provisions

Spindoo may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal or regulatory concerns, or at its sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting Spindoo through the channels identified in your account dashboard. Termination does not entitle you to redemption of forfeited Gold Coins, and pending Sweeps Coins redemption requests may be voided if termination results from a Terms violation.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Spindoo regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Spindoo may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
